After the workshop

You have the method. Choose who does the work.

Use what you learn yourself, hand the plan to your team or agency, or ask 10xSearch to help implement it. The workshop teaches the how-to. Buying a service is optional.

Make the next step specific.

  1. Choose one customer question and document the current search evidence.
  2. Choose one content, credibility or local-information gap you can address.
  3. Assign an owner, a due date and an acceptance check.
  4. Review what changed using comparable queries and dates. Record uncertainty.

Bring that short plan to an implementation conversation. We will agree on the scope and how completed work will be checked before you purchase.

Implementation options to discuss.

Website foundation - $2,000

A 30-page website package, including 20 neighborhood pages for businesses where those local markets are relevant, plus Todd's visibility report.

Every page needs useful, business-specific content. We will agree on the sitemap, content inputs, ownership, hosting, revisions and delivery schedule before purchase. Businesses without a neighborhood focus need an agreed alternative page plan.

Discuss the website package

Ongoing implementation - $2,500/month

For owners who want ongoing help executing the priorities identified in their plan. Exact deliverables, responsibilities, reporting and contract terms are agreed in writing before work begins.

Discuss monthly implementation

Annual prepayment - $20,000

Prepay for a year of the agreed implementation service. Twelve payments of $2,500 total $30,000. The annual prepaid option includes the six-week preparation class.

The class organizes your business facts, expertise and experience evidence, existing references and links, and voice and brand guidelines into an implementation brief. It does not guarantee links, rankings or AI inclusion. Class dates and the service agreement must be confirmed before payment.

Discuss annual implementation and the class

A fit conversation, followed by a written scope.

Tell us your business website, your top priority and who can approve implementation. We will discuss whether the work fits, what your team needs to provide, and a realistic start date. An inquiry does not place an order or reserve delivery capacity.
