Step One: Visibility Discovery
We run the brand's domain through a live audit across Google, Google Maps, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews during the first working session. We pull the brand's primary and secondary query map, note where competitors are cited, and identify the structural gaps that are gating citation.
Output of this step: a written summary the brand keeps regardless of whether we move forward. It is also the input for everything that follows.
- Business Goals
- Market and Competitor Review
- Existing Website and GBP Access
Step Two: Search Visibility Audit
Technical audit (rendering, schema, vitals, sitemap, robots, crawl admission). Entity-graph audit (Knowledge Graph, third-party citations, NAP consistency, Google Business Profile). Local stack audit if the brand has local intent.
We score the brand against the 10 Pillars of Search and identify the weakest two or three for the first 60 days. Those become the structural priorities alongside the velocity work.
- Technical SEO Review
- AI Search Prompt Testing
- Local Search and Maps Review
Step Three: Site Architecture Planning
Information architecture for the asset slate. Which page types, which query coverage, which internal-link topology. If a site rebuild is required (because the current foundation will not support the work), that scope is identified here.
We rebuilt Mountain Rose Realty's Telluride site on Next.js in 48 hours during this phase. The rebuild moved Google Lighthouse Performance from 33 to 100 and unlocked every other AEO investment.
- Core Pages
- Market and Service Pages
- Content Cluster Priorities
Step Four: Build and Publish
First batch of engineered Perfect Pages in production within the first week. Each one reviewed against the 40-point Perfect Page Formula before publish. IndexNow re-pings Bing on every batch so the new content gets crawled within hours rather than weeks.
Two pages per business day, every business day, indefinitely. The cadence is the product.
- Website Improvements
- Engineered Assets
- Schema and Internal Links
Step Five: Ongoing Optimization
Weekly monitoring across Google, Maps, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. Monthly written summary of what shipped, what landed, what is being adjusted next month.
Asset slate rebalances based on actual citation patterns. Queries that are landing get depth; queries that are not get structural review or get swapped for adjacent queries with better odds.
- Monthly Asset Creation
- Visibility Reporting
- Strategy Adjustments
